How we use these details. The form collects your contact details, the learner’s first name and year, the group and anything you add. We use them only to check eligibility for a free place and to reply to you. Only the team that runs free places can read them, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Ask for a copy or for removal at any time: hello@nswedu.com.au.

Before a place begins, we sight evidence of eligibility, such as a concession card, and keep no copy. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners self-identify, with no document needed.
