The scholarship application form collects a little more than the interest form, because the program has real eligibility criteria. If you apply, we receive:
- your name and email address,
- the student’s first name and year level,
- the eligibility category you pick, and
- anything you choose to tell us about your situation, plus your declaration.
We use these details only to assess eligibility for the scholarship program and to contact you about your application. The small team that runs the program sees them, and nobody else. They’re never sold, and never shared for marketing. We keep them while your application is active, plus our records of awarded places, and you can ask us to show, correct or remove them at any time via hello@nswedu.com.au.
Before an awarded place starts, we ask to sight evidence for your category, such as a concession card. We record how eligibility was confirmed and who checked it. We do not keep copies of documents, and we never store card numbers.
