Lessons with a tutor

Each tutor sets their own hourly rate, at or above these minimums.

Tutor bookings are not open yet.

One-to-one lessons start at A$30 an hour, and group places at A$15 an hour per learner.
There is no booking fee, and the total is shown before payment.

Payment and cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson to receive a full refund.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson: a 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining amount is refunded.
A tutor cancellation entitles you to a full refund.

Payment is held securely until the lesson is confirmed and the applicable release conditions are met.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. The Terms set out bookings, cancellations and refunds in full, and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Questions about prices

Do I need a learning subscription?
A learning subscription opens the complete lessons in the subjects the plan covers. Tutor lessons are booked and paid for separately, and one does not need the other.

Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period already paid.
